We respect your privacy and do everything we can to protect your data. Below is what data we collect and what we use it for. You can also see what your rights are, who has access to your data and how long your data is stored.
Data that We-R collects about you
If you buy a product, subscribe to our newsletter, connect to our services, contact us (whether via social networks or not), participate in an online survey, or otherwise interact with We-R, we may collect various data, including:
- Your contact details like your name, address, telephone number, and email address or any other data, such as your business name, address, and VAT number.
- Your account data, such as your email address, account status.
- Your payment details, such as your billing address and payment method.
- Your transaction data about the purchase of We-R products and services.
- Other data that you provide to us, such as the content of communications with We-R, contacts with our customer service, and on social networks.
Contact by phone
If your telephone number is in our customer database, our employees can automatically see your customer data. This is so that we can serve you more quickly and efficiently. During a conversation, we may add notes to your personal data in our database. In this way, we can offer better follow-up to these conversations. We do not record our telephone conversations.
Newsletters and emails
We send you various types of emails, including after a purchase you have made or in response to a question you have asked us.
In addition, we also send you general e-mails (which we call “newsletters”), but only when you have subscribed to them (what is called “opt-in”). When you sign up for one of our newsletters, we only save the data we need in order to identify you. If you no longer want to receive one of our newsletters, you can unsubscribe online.

Your rights (and ours)
What is the “legal basis” for using your data? According to data protection legislation, we must indicate on which “legal basis” we use your data. We need your data because of contractual agreements between you and We-R, such as the purchase of a product or service.

- Confirmation of an order
- Contractually required information about the service
In addition, we may use your data in a “legitimate interest”. This means that we want to offer all our customers as optimal and personal a service as possible. However, the following still applies: the parties to whom we give access to your data can only use it to provide you with a service on behalf of We-R. Your data is in no way sold to third parties.
Where do we save your data?
Your data may be in any of these locations:
- Paper archives : Supporting documents for financial transactions (such as invoices) are not only stored digitally, but also on paper. We keep them for at least 10 years. These archives are kept securely and under lock and key.
- Temporary paper prints : Sometimes it's just easier to have paper support. If this document contains personal data, it is destroyed with a shredder after use.
- Digital support : We store your data in databases in accordance with strict security measures. That is why your data is almost always stored within the European Union. In the exceptional case where customer data is transmitted to countries outside the European Union, we ensure that your privacy is adequately respected.
How long do we save your data for?
How long we keep your data depends on the relationship we have with you.
- If you are buying a product or service : We do not remove your data from our database. We do this for safety reasons.
- If you ask for information : After ten years of inactivity, we delete your data.
- If you sign up for a newsletter : You can manage this online registration yourself.
- If you are applying : We delete your application data at most 1 month after the end of the recruitment procedure.
The tax authorities require us to keep your billing, payment and order data for 10 years. Second, we only use anonymous data for internal reports.
What are your rights?
You remain in control of your data. Do you want to consult your personal data for free or receive a copy? Do you want to change your data, delete it, limit its use or adapt your preferences for sending e-mails? No problem. Report it to us by post or email. Thus, you can also object to the use of your data for commercial purposes or indicate that your privacy is more important to you than our interest. If necessary, we will re-examine the situation.
You can easily unsubscribe from newsletters. What if you don't want any more cookies? You can also fix this yourself.
We want to make sure it's you. For this reason, we may ask you for additional information in order to determine your identity.
