Summary of the article
All Webflow charges are centralized in Workspace settings → Billing. From there, you can see your active Workspace plan and seat count, a list of all paid Site plans inside the Workspace, any add-ons (Localization, Analyze, Optimize), and your next bill summary — which shows upcoming charges before they hit your card. For a full historical breakdown with line items, taxes, and proration details, you need to open individual invoices from the All invoices tab and download the PDF. Template purchases are the one exception — they don't appear in All invoices and live under Workspace settings → Templates instead.
Webflow centralises all your charges at the Workspace billing level: Workspace plan, seats, Site plans, add‑ons, and taxes. To understand exactly what you’re paying for, you need to combine the Billing page and the All invoices view.
1. Open your Workspace billing area
In the Webflow Dashboard, open the Workspace whose bill you want to analyse.
From your dashboard, click Billing tab in the left sidebar.
This page is your control centre for billing: it shows your active card, Workspace plan, Site plan subscriptions, credits, and quick access to invoices.
2. Review current subscriptions by type
On the Billing page, Webflow groups your active subscriptions so you can see what’s generating charges.
You’ll usually find:
Workspace plan & seats
Shows the current Workspace plan (e.g. Core, Growth, Freelancer, Agency), price, and billing frequency.
Lists how many seats you’re paying for and at what rate. Seats now appear as separate line items on order summaries and invoices.
Site plan subscription summary
Under Billing → Site plan subscription summary, you see each paid site in this Workspace.
For each site, Webflow shows: Site name, Plan name, Price/frequency, Billing start and end dates, and a link to the latest invoice for that site.
Add‑ons
If you use Localization, Analyze, Optimize or other add‑ons, they appear here with their own price and renewal dates, either at Workspace or site level.
This view already gives you a live “map” of what you’re paying for before looking at invoices.
3. Use the “Next bill summary” for upcoming charges
To see what your next payment will look like, including proration and credits:
In Workspace settings → Billing, open the Next bill summary section.
Webflow shows:
The date and invoice number of the next bill.
A list of invoiced items (Workspace plan, seats, Site plans, add‑ons).
Any credits that will be applied (from downgrades, unused time, etc.).
The estimated total of the next charge.
This is the best place to check the impact of a recent plan change before the charge actually hits your card.
4. Open “All invoices” to see detailed line items
For a historical and legal view, you need the All invoices list.
Still in Workspace settings → Billing, click All invoices.
Webflow displays your 10 most recent invoices by default, with a Show more button for older ones.
For each invoice you’ll see:
Invoice date – when Webflow issued the invoice.
Invoice detail – what you were invoiced for (e.g. “Workspace plan – Growth yearly”, “Site plan – CMS monthly”).
Total charged – what you actually paid or were credited.
Invoice – a Download PDF link.
Once you open the PDF, you get a full line‑by‑line breakdown:
Workspace plan and seat charges.
Each Site plan billed in that period.
Add‑ons with their own quantities and prices.
Sales tax / VAT where applicable, calculated from your billing address and tax status.
Note: template purchases and template invoices don’t appear in “All invoices”; they live under Workspace settings → Templates.
5. Example: answering “what is this charge?”
If a client or your accountant asks about a specific Webflow charge:
Identify the date and amount on your bank statement.
In All invoices, find the invoice with the same date / total.
Download the PDF and check which line items correspond to that total (e.g. new seat added mid‑cycle, Site plan upgrade, Localization add‑on).

FAQ
Any questions?
Transparency for informed decision-making.
Where exactly do I find my billing breakdown in Webflow?
Go to Workspace settings → Billing. This page shows your active subscriptions (Workspace plan, Site plans, add-ons) grouped by type, along with your next billing date, credit balance, and a link to All invoices for historical charges.
Can I see what I'll be charged before my next renewal?
Yes. In Workspace settings → Billing, open the Next bill summary section. It shows the exact date, all line items (Workspace plan, Site plans, add-ons), any credits that will be applied, and the estimated total before the charge hits your card.
Why does my invoice show line items I don't recognize?
Unrecognized line items are usually proration charges (from a mid-cycle plan change), overage fees (bandwidth or traffic exceeded), or add-ons enabled by a team member. Cross-reference the charge date with any recent plan changes in your Workspace billing history.
Do all my Site plans appear on the same invoice?
Yes. All Site plans inside a Workspace are billed to the same Workspace billing entity and appear as separate line items on the same invoice, even if they have different renewal dates. You don't need to open each site individually to see its charges.
Where do taxes appear on my Webflow invoice?
Taxes appear as a separate line item near the bottom of each invoice PDF, just above the total. The invoice also shows the tax jurisdiction (e.g. "France – VAT 20%") and your tax ID or VAT number if you've added one to your billing profile.
Can I share invoice PDFs with my accountant or client?
Yes. From Workspace settings → Billing → All invoices, click Download PDF on any invoice and share the file directly. Each PDF includes your billing profile details (company name, address, VAT number if applicable) and a full line-by-line breakdown.
