Context

After a strategic transformation and a complete rebrand, Sparagus needed to completely rethink its website.

The existing site no longer reflected their current positioning: a hybrid player combining recruitment, consulting, and managed services, with a clear stance in the European market. Neither their offering, their target audiences, nor their brand identity were accurately represented or structured.

The objective: to create a website that conveys their positioning, showcases their new brand identity, clarifies their services, and directly supports their teams’ business goals.

Challenges

Deliver the right message

Reflect Sparagus as a non-conventional, human-centric company while reinforcing credibility and expertise.

Clarify an expanded offering

Present their three services — recruitment, consulting, and managed services — in a clear way, and introduce the Sparagus Hubs.

Showcase their new brand identity

Bring to life the visual universe created during the rebrand: bold, unconventional, and human-centric.

Support international expansion

Build a multilingual website (3 languages) able to clearly address multiple markets.

Ensure long-term performance

Develop a solid design system and a website that the teams can easily maintain on their own.

Our Support

Strategy & Structure

We began by rethinking the overall architecture of the website. The goal: to create a clear navigation, especially between their core services and the Hubs. The site needed to embody their hybrid model and guide each type of visitor towards the right content.

  • Structuring the offer around Sparagus’s three pillars: recruitment, consulting, and managed services
  • Creating dedicated “Hub” pages to present vertical expertise (Sparagus Technology, Sparagus Engineering, Sparagus B&O) in a clear and consistent way
  • Clarifying user journeys to address their two main audiences: companies and talent
  • Designing and building 30+ pages as acquisition-driven assets, focused on conversion and credibility

The aim was not to reinvent everything, but to structure their ecosystem so that every visitor could instantly understand what Sparagus does, how they do it, and for whom. This framework laid the foundations for a clear, consistent website fully aligned with their new reality.

Copywriting & Content Structuring

In close collaboration with the Sparagus teams, we crafted all the website’s content. The goal was to strike the right balance between an expert stance and a straightforward tone, speaking effectively to both companies and talent while clarifying the offer.

  • Clear, concise messaging aligned with the tone of voice defined during the rebrand
  • Content tailored to two distinct audiences — companies and talent — while ensuring overall consistency
  • A clear distinction between Hubs (areas of expertise) and Services (types of engagements) to avoid confusion

Every word carefully chosen to support the brand’s positioning strategy while staying true to their DNA: professional, human, and unconventional.

Art Direction & Wireframes

The website needed to embody the new brand universe created during the rebrand: immersive, authentic, performance-driven, yet deeply human.

  • Full integration of the new visual identity: colors, typography, iconography, photography, and shapes
  • Careful curation and treatment of all website imagery within a strong photographic direction:
    • Candid portraits
    • Motion-inspired blur effects
    • Neutral tones with subtle touches of purple
    • Spotlight on talent

Each page was designed and prototyped in Figma, allowing us to fully focus on the creative direction before moving into development.

Webflow Development & Design System

To ensure performance, scalability, and full autonomy, we developed the entire website on Webflow.

  • Multilingual integration in 3 languages: FR, EN, NL
  • A structured CMS to manage blog posts, case studies, and job offers
  • Full tracking setup (tags, goals, events) to monitor conversions and user journeys
  • A complete, documented design system with reusable components, standardized styles, and ready-to-use templates

The website was built to evolve seamlessly: today, the Sparagus team can add pages, update content, or adapt sections without relying on the agency.

ATS Integration via Wized

The website also needed to connect with their ATS to automatically publish job offers.

We used Wized to link their external database to Webflow, ensuring:

  • Seamless integration with Webflow
  • Fast, smooth display with no design breaks
  • A consistent brand experience carried through to every job posting

All of this was designed to deliver performance and autonomy without compromising on aesthetics or user experience.
