Smartelia is a company specializing in the outsourcing of digital, sales, back-office, and customer support services. With over 250 team members based in Madagascar, Smartelia currently supports more than 450 B2B clients in France and Belgium.
With the launch of Smartelia Finance, a newly created entity dedicated to accounting and financial services, the group entered a new phase of growth and structural development.
In this context, it became essential to completely rethink their digital ecosystem: to reflect the group’s growing maturity, clearly differentiate the offerings between the two entities, and modernize the brand image to strengthen credibility with European clients.
The website was not designed as a simple showcase, but as a strategic acquisition tool and a key sales support platform that highlights both Smartelia’s Malagasy cultural roots and its positioning as a reliable, high-performing B2B partner.
